Hello and welcome,
My name is Randi Nowicki Tomlinson and I am a Registered Massage Therapist from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2012 and have been a practicing member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba since then. In 2018 I became a Certified Infant Massage Instructor through the International Association of Infant Massage.
My practice centers around balance. Physical therapy and mental health go hand in hand, and one is not complete without the other. While I believe that deep pressure can achieve desired results when used appropriately, I strongly advocate for a gentler approach. In my experience I’ve been able to attain similar results without using excessive pressure that may cause discomfort and potential damage. I always work to my client’s tolerance and do what is best for them in that moment.
I have received additional training in aromatherapy and hot stone massage, sports massage, reflexology, neuroproprioceptive taping and perinatal massage. I especially enjoy supporting clients during pregnancy and postpartum stages through massage therapy application and instruction, though I am happy to treat clients from all walks of life.
I am available for massage appointments, private infant massage sessions and tape application at the clinic during evenings and weekends which allows me to stay home with my daughter during the day.
