Group Classes

Group classes consist of five weekly 60- to 90-minute classes. They offer a wonderful opportunity for parents to connect with others and build a support network.

When: Sundays 9:00am – 10:30am
March 26th, April 2nd, 16th, 23rd & 30th, 2023

where: Spire Physiotherapy, 103-115 Sage Creek Blvd, Winnipeg MB

Capacity: 12 pairs (partners are welcome to attend as well)

$136.67+gst

Hand-outs, pens and coconut oil will be provided. Please bring any items your baby may need.

Cancellation policy: In the event that you are unable to attend the class, please provide as much notice as possible to allow another family to take the space. The deposit is nonrefundable but any balance you’ve paid will be returned to you.
