To my valued clients,
In a recent update, it has been announced that Manitoba is taking steps toward reopening businesses and services starting May 4th; massage therapy has been included on this list.
We have already received phone calls and emails from clients reaching out to ask whether Munroe Massage Therapy will open and begin booking appointments on May 4th. Unfortunately due to the lack of notice from the Government, we will not be prepared to open immediately.
Equipment must be ordered and protocols must be set in place to ensure the safety of our staff and clients upon our return. In addition, the structure of our schedules must be adjusted to ensure proper distancing practices and allow time for us to sanitize areas of the clinic between appointments.
Clients whose appointments had to be cancelled will be prioritized, and I will reach out to these individuals before opening my schedule to new appointments. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.
New protocols and safety measures will take time for us to prepare, and as a result there is currently no set date for our return. In the meantime, please refrain from trying to book appointments online or leaving voicemails at the clinic, as we are unable to return calls until our books are open. Instead please refer back here as I will announce details of our return as soon as possible.
I encourage you to continue to heed the advice of the Government of Canada regarding physical distancing, self monitoring and hygiene, which can be found here.
Thank you all for your continued patience and support.
Please subscribe to receive email updates. Stay safe and take care.
Sincerely,
Randi Nowicki RMT, CIMI
