Hello and welcome,
My name is Randi Nowicki Tomlinson and I am a Registered Massage Therapist from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2012 and have been a practicing member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba since then.
Balance is essential to me, both in life and in my practice. I believe that physical health and mental wellness go hand in hand, and I aim to treat both using a variety of techniques, tailored to my clients and their unique needs.
I have received additional training in aromatherapy and hot stone massage, sports massage, reflexology, neuroproprioceptive taping and perinatal massage.
Over the years, I developed a passion for supporting growing families and in 2016 I started my training with the International Association of Infant Massage.
In July 2018, my own daughter was born preterm and spent the first two weeks of her life in Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Center. My personal experience with pregnancy and our time in the NICU reignited my desire to support and empower families during one of their most vulnerable stages of life. Within a few months I completed my training and officially became a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
I currently work at Wolseley Wellness Center where I offer massage therapy including hot stone massage, pregnancy massage and infant massage. I will be offering group infant massage classes in early 2023 – stay tuned for details.
Before ever considering massage therapy, I wanted to be an artist. In addition to drawing, photography and scrapbooking I decided, one day in 2014, that I would teach myself to crochet. What started as a small hobby grew into another lifelong passion. I enjoy making blankets, hats and toys for friends and family, and often sell some items on the side – maybe you’ll catch me at a local craft sale!
